Our Loan Process
- Complete the Loan Intake Form or Call (407) 687-6322
- A short consultation is needed to gather information about the loan as well as any documentation.
- Information is then sent to the lender. If the lender has expressed interest we will respond to you with the terms.
- We will present a Letter of Intent and a Brokers agreement to be signed by the Borrower(s).
- The loan package will be submitted to the lender for processing, underwriting, and closing.
